How should we prepare the spaces?
A location check, reference photographs and a list of priority spaces help us plan the light, access and preparation before the session.
Do you photograph hotels and riads too?
Yes. Tell us which rooms, shared spaces, exteriors and details you want to present so we can plan a coherent series.
What information should we send first?
The location, spaces, possible dates and intended use of the images are enough to start a conversation. We develop the proposal with you from there.
What time of day is best for photographing a property?
The orientation of the rooms, natural light and exterior views shape the schedule. Reference photographs and access constraints help us choose suitable times. Some projects benefit from different atmospheres; we agree these before the shoot.
How can we photograph a hotel without disrupting its operation?
Tell us which rooms are available, which spaces are shared and which times are sensitive. We plan each area with your team to coordinate preparation and limit interruptions. Availability of the spaces must be confirmed with the property.
Can the images be used online and in print?
Include the intended platforms in your brief: a homepage, booking listing, brochure or architect’s portfolio. We plan horizontal and vertical compositions, space for text and delivery formats. Permitted uses and deliverables are set out in the proposal.
Can a film complement the photographs?
Yes. Film can reveal movement through a space, changing light or connections between rooms. Let’s agree its purpose and platforms before filming; the shots and time required differ from a photography session.
