OUR APPROACH
Natural presence. A consistent series.
Leadership portraits, teams or a story in your workplace: we agree a shared direction for the light, backgrounds and framing, while guiding each person individually. See this approach in our Eckuity Capital photography story.
Your website, presentations and professional profiles call for different formats. Let’s plan crops, space for text and the time available for each person. For talks and professional gatherings, explore our conference photography service.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Your questions.
Can the session take place in our offices?
Yes. Photographs of the space and the number of people help us prepare the setup and schedule.
How do you keep portraits consistent?
A shared approach to lighting, backgrounds and framing connects the series without losing each person’s individuality.
What should we include in our enquiry?
The number of people, location, deadline and intended uses. Tell us whether you need portraits, a business story or film.
How do you help people who are not used to being photographed?
The session includes time to talk and simple guidance on posture, gaze and positioning. The aim is not to give everyone the same expression, but to find a natural presence within a coherent series.
What should we plan for a team session?
The number of people, their availability and the portraits needed help shape the schedule. Tell us whether you want individual portraits, a group photograph and working scenes. Access and setup are planned with an on-site contact.
How should we choose outfits and backgrounds?
Start with the use of the images and your company’s identity. Comfortable outfits and a coherent background support the series. We discuss colours, setting and framing before the session rather than imposing one rule on everyone.
Can we keep the same approach for new team members?
Reference backgrounds, lighting and framing help us prepare future portraits. Mention this need from the first session so we can agree an approach that can be repeated, taking the locations and any changes into account.
