The ideas. And the people behind them.

Admotion is your Marrakech conference photographer for congresses, seminars and professional gatherings across Morocco. Photo and film capture speakers, panel discussions, group photographs and conversations between sessions, documenting both the ideas and the people behind them.

OUR APPROACH

The story goes beyond the stage.

A conference lives in the speeches, but also in the glances, questions and conversations. The programme guides the coverage: presentations, panels, workshops and networking. Our Eckuity Capital story offers a closer look at people and their interactions.

A conference leaves little room for improvisation: we move between the stage, the control room and the break-out spaces so nothing useful to your communications is missed. An early selection can be shared within hours, to support a social media post while the event is still current.

Let’s identify priority moments, simultaneous sessions and the images you need afterwards. A highlights film and a recording of presentations require different preparation, particularly for sound. For your wider business communications, explore our corporate portraits and photography.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Your questions.

What should we share before the conference?

The programme, timings, floor plans and key moments. Include access restrictions and communication needs. A contact on site makes last-minute adjustments easier.

Can you cover several spaces at once?

Share the simultaneous activities and their timings. We agree the necessary organisation before confirming the coverage. Depending on the layout, a second photographer can cover a workshop while a plenary session runs elsewhere.

Can we request an early selection?

Mention your deadline when you first get in touch. The selection and delivery schedule should be agreed before the event. The number of images retouched as a priority can be adjusted to your needs.

How should we plan group photographs?

Reserve a moment in the programme and tell us the number of people and groups required. We plan the location, light and arrangement in advance. Someone from your team can help gather participants at the right time. Five to ten minutes is usually enough for a polished group photo without delaying the programme.

How can we represent partners without turning the coverage into a collection of logos?

Share the partners and speakers you need to identify. We look for their place in the event itself: on stage, in conversations, in spaces and details. The images remain a story of the gathering while supporting your communication needs. Signage or a stand can appear in the background of a real moment rather than as an isolated close-up.

What is the difference between a highlights film and recording presentations?

A highlights film focuses on pace and key moments. Recording presentations requires decisions about continuous coverage, camera angles and sound. Tell us what you want to use after the conference so we can plan the right approach. Both formats can be combined when the conference serves several purposes: public communication and internal record.

What if photography is restricted during some sessions?

Flag confidential sessions, areas where photography is not allowed and instructions concerning participants. Share these rules before the event and identify someone who can clarify unexpected situations. These rules don’t prevent us from telling the story of the event’s overall atmosphere through other angles.
