Yes. Let’s define the purpose, platforms and intended result for each format so we can plan coherent coverage.
What events do you cover?

How should we prepare the first brief?
Include the date, venue, timings and key moments. Add the intended uses of the images and any restrictions.
How do you capture the atmosphere of an evening?
The venue before guests arrive, the lighting, conversations and celebrations complement one another. We prepare for key moments while leaving room for spontaneous interactions. Mention any installations or details that are central to your vision.
Can we plan images for the press and social media?
Yes. Specify platforms, formats and deadlines before the event. A press selection and social images may need different compositions. The scope and schedule are agreed in advance.
How do we prepare for programme changes?
Share the latest schedule and appoint a coordinator. Speeches, movements and lighting changes guide the coverage. If important moments become simultaneous, we reassess priorities together on site.
What information should we share about the venue?
Access times, spaces used, restrictions and setup possibilities are useful. Also mention whether the event moves between outdoors and indoors. For film, sound conditions and any speeches to record need to be specified.
